Ordering rules

You can buy fabrics in cuts of any length you need (starting from 20 cm), except for coupon fabrics, they are sold in coupons.

If you need to make changes or cancel the order after checkout and payment, you need to contact us according to the contacts indicated on the site, in any way convenient for you.

Adjustment or cancellation of the order is possible only if it has not yet been prepared and has not been sent to the courier delivery service.

Return or exchange of fabric

On the basis of the list of goods of proper quality that are not subject to exchange (return) (annex No. 3 to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 19.03.94 No. 172), fabrics are not subject to return or exchange, as well as goods from nonwoven materials such as fabrics, as well as ribbons, lace, tape, etc.

When ordering a fabric, correctly calculate the meter you need! Note the width of the fabric, composition (the fabric can shrink), design (arrangement of the drawing, coupon).
